## How we work together

I've spent my working life looking for ways to make work easier, at Tonkean, in growing engineering teams, and in companies I built myself. Today I bring that experience to nonprofits, founders and technical teams.

I start by understanding what matters to you and what happens in practice. That can mean spending time with staff, reading code, or working through a decision with a founder.

Then we choose what to tackle first. I build, lead the work, or help select and manage the right vendors, depending on what the situation needs. We make progress in steps and check whether it is helping.

## Track record

I started building at twelve, helping run Minecraft servers and writing the plugins behind them. Since then, I have helped grow startups, built my own companies, and worked as a fractional CTO.

- [LayerX](https://layerxsecurity.com): built the team and the system across integrations, Zero Trust, delivery, and observability. Acquired by Akamai.
- A major blockchain infrastructure company in Israel: worked on staking and swapping services.
- A stealth startup focused on AI agent reliability: led development around agents, monitoring, and evaluation.

- **AI-powered construction and field-service platform:** Working with the team building an AI-powered platform for construction and field-service operations. I’m developing agent workflows grounded in real project data, mapping operational processes, and translating domain knowledge into practical tools for contractors and service teams to plan and manage their work.
- Butler AI and Lumos AI: founder, product builder, and more than 1,000 customer conversations.
